The salary range indicated in this announcement is based on the Employee/Employer retirement compensation schedule. An employer-only option is available at a reduced salary range. Generally, salaries start at the lowest level of a step 1 and increase with each year of service to the highest level of a step 10.

JOB INFORMATION
Work Type: Permanent, full time vacancies as they may occur
in this geographical location.
Clinical Program Managers plan, organize, implement and direct one or more mental health, intellectual disabilities, and/or child development service delivery programs by establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; monitoring and evaluating program performance; developing and monitoring budgets; integrating programs with other state and community services; and supervising clinical and administrative staff, typically including licensed Psychologists and/or subordinate supervisors of professional clinicians.
Clinical Program Manager I's work in a relatively small program or cluster of programs.
This recruitment is for a Clinical Program Manager I position with the developing "Early Childhood Day Treatment Program" at Northern Nevada Child and Adolescent Services in Reno, Nevada. The "Early Childhood Day Treatment Program" is a new mental health program currently being developed to serve children and their families, ages 3-6 years. In coordination with the Clinical Program Manager II, this Clinical Program Manager I will be an integral part in developing and managing the program to include but not limited to: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and ongoing direct supervision of personnel who will engage directly with youth in this psycho/social rehabilitation program and of two licensed mental health professionals; development and implementation of social/emotional programming and training with fidelity to trauma-informed, "brain-based", and relationship-focused models of treatment; development in conjunction with current EC Day Treatment clinical program managers program related business practices and procedures; monitoring and evaluating program performance; integrating program with other state and community services.
Typical hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, but may also include later hours to accommodate families.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive outlook on serving young children and their families while supporting the program's personnel and clinicians.

In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or a curriculum related to the option(s) identified, and three years of post-Master's degree professional experience in a human service delivery setting, one of which included supervision of professionals in the option(s) identified; OR a Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) from an accredited college or university in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or a curriculum related to the option(s) identified, and two years of experience as described above, one of which included supervision of professionals in the option(s) identified.
Special Requirements
A State of Nevada/FBI background check will be required of the selected applicant.
Proof of a valid driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continued employment.
Additional Position Criteria
This position requires a valid Nevada Board licensure in one of the following areas: MFT, CPC, LCSW, Psychologist.
