Maintenance Repair Specialists perform a variety of skilled work in two or more of the mechanical and construction trades in order to repair, construct, and/or maintain buildings, grounds and equipment.

Incumbents possess a degree of knowledge and proficiency sufficient to perform advanced-level work and may provide work direction and training to others.

This position is located at the Northern Nevada Transitional Housing in Reno. The trades are pluming, carpentry, electrical, painting, equipment mechanical. This position is responsible for providing and supervising all facility, vehicle repair and maintenance services. Additionally, the incumbent serves as the safety coordinator and coordinates services for pest management, laundry and inspections.
