The salary range indicated in this announcement is based on the Employee/Employer retirement compensation schedule. An employer-only option is available at a reduced salary range. Generally, salaries start at the lowest level of a step 1 and increase with each year of service to the highest level of a step 10.

JOB INFORMATION
Work Type: Permanent, full time vacancies as they may occur
in this geographical location.
Management Analysts conduct a variety of studies, research and analysis of management and administrative areas such as budgeting and financial analysis; departmental operations; legislative analysis; management research; and statistical and informational analysis.
Incumbent provides monitoring and oversight, support and technical assistant to supervisor on grant budgets and contracts with the Rural Community Health Services, Community Health Nursing program. The incumbent develops, coordinates and implements federal funding and contracts to achieve program objectives, assists in the development and submission of state and grant budgets. Incumbent conducts and oversees internal and external annual fiscal and operational audits, compliance monitoring to ensure compliance to federal, state and local laws and regulations. Performs cost analysis every two years. In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, finance, social sciences, mathematics or related field and two years of professional experience in the research, development, evaluation or revision of programs, organizations, methods or procedures; OR graduation from high school or equivalent education and four years of professional experience as described above; OR one year of experience as a Management Analyst I in Nevada State service; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.

Requires a valid driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility at the time of appointment and for continuing employment.
