Education Programs Directors, Supervisors, and Professionals assist and foster the growth of early childhood, pre-K, K-12, postsecondary, adult, and related education programs throughout Nevada by providing technical assistance, training, and oversight.
This position will oversee operations and ensure the success of the Nevada Ready 21 program as defined by the Nevada Ready 21 Plan. The incumbent will work to improve access to broadband for schools across the State, and stay informed of current knowledge inside and outside of Nevada with regard to education technology and digital learning. The selected candidate will be required to travel 25% for this position.
In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
An earned Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in business, economics, education, English, math, nutrition, psychology, science, sociology, statistics, or related field and one year of professional experience in an educational program area; OR Master's degree from an accredited college or university in business, economics, education, English, math, nutrition, psychology, science, sociology, statistics, or related field and two years of professional experience in an educational program area.

Positions require statewide travel.
This position requires a State of Nevada/FBI background check, at the cost of the applicant.
