JOB INFORMATION
Work Type: Permanent, full time vacancies as they may occur
in this geographical location.
Management Analysts conduct a variety of studies, research and analysis of management and administrative areas such as budgeting and financial analysis; departmental operations; legislative analysis; management research; and statistical and informational analysis.
This position performs duties related to monitoring numerous federal grants for compliance with federal regulations; prepare federal draws for reimbursement of expenses; monitor and process sub-grant and contract reimbursement requests; assist NDF resource staff in remote and/or rural locations with grant/sub-grant issues; monitor grant expenditures and encumbrances in the NDF's budget tracking system; assist in the preparation of contract, work programs; assist in fiscal year end closing and biennial budget preparation. The incumbent will also perform statistical maintenance, research and analysis related to the agency's various activities.
In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, finance, social sciences, mathematics or related field and one year of professional or paraprofessional experience in the research, development, evaluation or revision of programs, organizations, methods or procedures, or administration of policies and procedures for a program or functional area; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience on a year-for-year basis.

A valid driver's license is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continuing employment.
Additional Position Criteria
Statistical analysis experience, including experience creating and/or maintaining a database.
