JOB INFORMATION
Work Type: Permanent, full time vacancies as they may occur
in this geographical location.
Program Officers administer a program or major component of a program by planning, coordinating and managing services and activities in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and established program performance standards and objectives.
Incumbents possess a degree of knowledge and proficiency sufficient to perform work independently with little or no additional training.
Vendor Database Services personnel maintain the vendor database in Advantage used by all agencies. This position supervises 2 Administrative Assistant III s. The Supervisor reviews data entry concerning new vendors and vendor changes for accuracy; reviews banking information for accuracy; enter tort claims for the Attorney General's office; maintain and monitor foreign vendor records and enter and release IRS levies.
In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
Graduation from an accredited four year college or university in public administration or a related field; OR graduation from high school or the equivalent and four years of previous experience either performing or assisting in the planning, coordinating or administering of a program; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
