The Position
This position, depending on the most qualified applicant, will be located in Carson City or Las Vegas. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Loan Administration Officer will be responsible for supervising the Single Family program staff, including creating a development plan, providing coaching, managing department work flow and reviewing subordinate staff. Additional duties include performing tasks related to the Single Family Program such as managing registrations, purchase package reviews, agency reporting and audit requests. This position is also responsible for community outreach regarding Single Family Housing programs, including training industry partners, development of outreach materials, organizing and participating in homebuyer and related events and ensuring a high level of customer service to those in the community.*** THIS RECRUITMENT MAY CLOSE AT ANY TIME BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED. To Qualify:
In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, accounting or related area and three years of progressively responsible financial experience in mortgage lending or mortgage loan administration; OR graduation from high school and five years of progressively responsible financial experience in mortgage lending or mortgage loan administration; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements
    A pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprinting are required. Persons offered employment in this position will be required to pay for these items.
    This position has a 25% travel requirement.
    Requires a valid driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility at the time of appointment and for continuing employment.
