The Position
.
Position for the Department of Business and Industry, Division of Mortgage Lending located at 7220 Bermuda Road, Suite A, Las Vegas, NV 89119. This position will administer the Division's public and industry outreach program; develop and implement and maintain a series of ongoing educational seminars and public service announcement directed at both consumers and the industry, including announcements utilizing YouTube videos, Twitter feeds, etc. that may be linked to the Division's website; develop, produce, and circulate consumer pamphlets and flyers concerning mortgage related issues; develop and deliver educational seminars, both north and south, delivering material to ensure licensees have an understanding of the NRS and NAC and their requirements as a licensee; and update and or create licensing forms to be utilized on the Division's website and the NMLS.

To Qualify:
In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an area of specialization relevant to the agency to which assigned and two years of professional experience which included responsibilities for researching, writing, instructing, and presenting informational and educational material; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Notes
    The ability to travel at least 25% of the time is required.
    This position requests a current Nevada Driver's License.
Special Requirements
    A pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprinting are required. Persons offered employment in this position will be required to pay for these items.
    A State of Nevada/FBI background check will be required of the selected applicant.
Additional Position Criteria
    This position requires fluency in Spanish and English.
