NDOT is looking for candidates ready to make water quality a top issue in their daily lives! This position is located in the Stormwater Division in Carson City. Incumbent will be responsible for: overseeing the development, implementation, and administration of the Stormwater Program Development Section; implementing the Department's MS-4 permit requirements; exchanging information with local, state, and federal entities to facilitate permitting and mitigate impacts resulting from State highway projects; working with officials to comply with regulations and project construction permit conditions; receiving and exchanging information and data during project design phases to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal rules and regulations; and interfacing with the public during meetings and organized events.
