The Clinical Program Manager I position at Southern Nevada Child and Adolescent Services (SNCAS) manage children's mental health programs. This recruitment is to fill a vacancy in the Oasis On Campus Treatment Home program (OCTH), which is comprised of five treatment homes. Oasis provides intensive treatment home intervention for youth with severe emotional disturbances (SED) ages 6 - 18 years of age. Two of the homes serve youth with dual diagnoses for mental health and intellectual disability. This position oversees the direct care and rehabilitation plans for all treatment home clients, the development of policies and procedures and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with all policies, laws and regulations. This CPM I position completes client assessments for admission, maintains the waitlist and initiates the admission process. This position provides budgetary oversight of weekly spending for client trust funds, client foods and supplies, along with monitoring revenue and client billable services. The CPM I coordinates services with Child Welfare Managers, Juvenile Justice Managers, and the courts. This position collaborates with Clark County,s Department of Family Services Licensure department to ensure the OCTH are in compliance with all licensing regulations. This position enforces the standards for client rights, health, safety, and welfare of the youth served by the program. This position supervises one Mental Health Counselor III, one Administrative Assistant and shares direct supervision and training responsibilities with the MHC III for the five treatment homes. This position coordinate's shift coverage ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times. This position must be available to provide 24 hour supervision and management for client emergencies as needed.
In order to be qualified, you must meet the following requirements:

A Master's degree from an accredited school in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or a curriculum related to the option/s identified, and three years of post-Master's degree professional experience in a human service delivery setting, two of which were in the option/s being recruited, and one of which included supervision of professionals in the option/s identified; OR a Doctoral degree (Psy.D) in clinical psychology from an accredited school of professional psychology, and two years of experience as described above. |
