The Position
Park Aides perform routine custodial and general facility and equipment maintenance duties, assist visitors, collect fees and assist in the operation of a State park.
Incumbents perform in a trainee capacity and acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities required in this occupation.
Park Aid positions for the Elko Region are located at:
South Fork State Recreation Area-Elko/Spring Creek, Nevada and
Wildhorse State Recreation Area-Elko/Mountain City, Nevada

Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
Graduation from high school or equivalent education.
Special Requirements
A valid driver's license is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continued employment.
